Four award-winning IBI Group projects featured in Landscapes | Paysages

Four IBI Group landscape architecture projects are honoured in the Summer 2013 issue of Landscapes Paysages.

TORONTO – Four prize-winning IBI Group landscape architecture projects are among the work honoured in the Summer 2013 Awards of Excellence issue of Landscapes | Paysages, the national landscape architecture journal.

The featured IBI Group projects are:

Place d’Armes, in Montreal, winner of a CSLA National Honour Award of Excellence, and also one of eight winners of a CIP Award of Planning Excellence. The project was a collaboration with Les Services exp inc., Éclairage Public, and Morelli Designers.

King Street Kitchener Revitalization, winner of a CSLA National Merit Award, 2013.

Mobility Hub Guidelines, Greater Toronto + Hamilton Area, winner of a CSLA National Merit Award, 2013.

Dorchester Square, in Montreal, winner of a CSLA Regional Honour Award, 2013. The project was a collaboration with Consortium Claude Cormier et Associés.

“IBI Group Landscape Architecture is proud to accept these four awards, showing excellence in both planning and design at a national level,” said Trevor McIntyre, who leads the Toronto IBI Group design practice in community planning and design, master planning and landscape architecture. “Our team of landscape architects are currently working from coast to coast in Canada, from Vancouver to Halifax, leading projects in placemaking and redesign of the public realm.”
