The IBI Group Management System gives high priority to client requirements and to the continuous improvement of our client service capabilities. The system is used throughout the IBI global network by our management team comprising 61 Directors / Associate Directors and 180 Associates.
The system is based on the ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard. At present 35 IBI Group offices are registered to this ISO standard and our new offices are being added to the registration. The scope of the registration is “Professional consulting service in Urban Land, Building Facilities, Transportation Networks and Systems Technology including planning, design, implementation and operations.”
The management system is fundamental to IBI Group’s ability to deliver high quality professional services on a timely basis. The system provides common drawing and document management standards to facilitate efficient project collaboration via the IBI global network. These management system protocols facilitate the transfer of information, experience and technology from IBI’s centres of excellence to projects throughout the world.
