Now being built on the site of a former hardware store, this two-story solution for an elementary school makes the most of 5-acre site in an impacted urban neighborhood while taking advantage of new funding available from the state for small site projects. The playdeck is situated on top of the campus parking garage, thus increasing the activity area by almost one third.
