Recruitment Process

At IBI Group, our recruitment process is based on a five-step process:

Step 1: Apply

After reviewing available opportunities, apply for the job that interests you.  Be sure to carefully read and follow the instructions to ensure that your application is submitted correctly.

Step 2: Application reviewed by a recruiter

Your application will be reviewed by the Campus Recruitment team. If your application fits our requirements, you will be contacted by your school or directly by a recruiter.

Step 3: Face-to-face interview

Successful candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview. Interviews will take place at your school or one of our IBI Group offices with one of our professional team members; a recruiter may also attend. During the interview, you will  be encouraged to share insights about your career goals and aspirations, and ask questions about the opportunity.

Step 4: Offer

If the face-to-face interview is successful, you’ll receive a formal offer of employment via email. You’ll also receive additional appropriate documentation to review, sign, and submit prior to your start date.

Step 5: Onboarding

On your first day, you will attend an informative orientation session, where you will learn more about the benefits, culture, and other aspects of working with us. Welcome aboard!
