Established in 1978, the IBI Group Irvine office is committed to the urban development of Southern California, and exports specialized skills all over the world in support of IBI’s global practice. We offer services in the firm’s four core practice areas: Transportation, Urban Land, Facilities and Intelligent Systems
We play a leadership role in education design, helping school districts build for the 21st century, where technology and sustainability have redefined the experience of education, and in turn the facilities required. Our projects have been recognized by national, regional, and local organizations for innovative design.
IBI Group - Irvine is also a recognized leader in the planning and design of Transit Oriented Developments (TODs) throughout California. Our practice is at the forefront of developing new and flexible approaches that are being adopted throughout the region.
In addition to our planning and architecture services, we offer a full suite of transportation planning and design capabilities, including traffic impact studies, multi-modal transportation studies, alternatives analysis studies, transit operational planning, and civil engineering design for roadway and transit projects.
