IBI Group in Kingston is a full-service planning and engineering office dedicated to the development of urban and rural communities in Eastern Ontario. We offer a wide range of services for both private and public sector clients in community improvement, urban development, planning design, and construction.
The Kingston IBI team has worked on a variety of high-profile development projects, including land-use planning for the K-Rock Centre, the delivery of wind energy systems on Wolfe Island, the redevelopment at Block “D”, and zoning approvals for the re-purposing of a former Kingston Grain Elevator industrial site into a high-density residential community at Admiral’s Walk.
IBI Kingston is also well versed in the delivery of municipal policy planning services.
