IBI Group’s Maitland office provides Civil Engineering and Construction Administration services for private and public sector clients.
A major public-sector client is the Ranger Drainage District. IBI has been the District Engineer for the District since 2003; this is a successful business relationship that has produced notable achievements such as the procurement of a multi-million dollar grant for drainage improvements.
Private-sector projects include the Sanford Gateway, a 44 acre, mixed-use planned community with residential and commercial development, and the Lakeview Terrace Retirement Community, a multi-phase, 125-acre project.
