West One

West One is part of the continuing re-development of the old Expo '86 lands in Vancouver. As the first building, it has been designed to have a strong presence on False Creek and to act as a signature building on the long axis of Pacific Boulevard announcing the Beach Crescent neighbourhood.
The tallest exclusively residential building in Vancouver, West One has 38 storeys and 248 units and has been designed as a part of a larger whole community of towers. It is connected to an amenity building with fitness facilities and is within easy walking distance of the shopping and restaurants of Vancouver's Yaletown District.
