David is a Senior Consultant based in IBI’s Glasgow office with considerable project management and consultancy experience. His 21-year career in intelligent transportation systems with IBI Group spans a variety of roles and clients, including the design and construction management of infrastructure for traffic management systems, travel time information systems, traffic signals and highway signage.
