Tom Shannon has 20+ years of experience in the field of systems integration and deployment for public and private sector clients. For the past nine years, Tom has been working with the Ministry of Works and Transport in Trinidad as the Project Manager for the successful deployments of the National Traffic Management System, Red Light and Speed Enforcement systems.
