Robyn Brown is the lead of the Toronto office’s Real Estate, Economics & Planning team, as well as a member of IBI’s Placemaking group. As a dedicated professional, her project work is geared to giving her clients the best advice possible. Her work transcends a broad spectrum of real estate advice, including highest and best-use studies/disposition strategies; economic development strategies; growth management; market studies; feasibility studies; community services and facilities studies; economic impact analysis; demographic analysis and related skills. Prior to joining IBI Group, Robyn worked in commercial real estate specializing in industrial leasing and land disposition. Robyn has a BA in Political Science and an MA in History from the University of Toronto, along with a Masters in Planning from Ryerson University. She is involved in a wide range of external organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (including their Women’s Leadership Initiative and Mentorship Committee), is on the Board of Directors for Toronto CREW, and is an active member of BILD. She has proven to be an excellent and effective IBI Group ambassador. Robyn is the ultimate team player, inspiring and pushing to think creatively and proactively.

Richard Golledge is a qualified architect specialising in education and healthcare design. As a strong team leader, he has managed the design and delivery of projects under various public sector procurement routes and contracts, including the NEC Partnering contract. Richard is experienced in creating specialist learning environments for leading universities. Adept at delivering schemes from master planning to construction, he works closely with stakeholder groups to deliver the strategic vision. He understands how important the built environment is as a marketing tool for attracting students and has demonstrated this by developing a striking scheme at Cardiff University. In healthcare, Richard has worked on a number of specialist and acute schemes. He works closely with Trusts to provide value for money. His innovative approach to design has been supported by his keen interest in research and development. In 2009, Richard was selected by the Design Commission for Wales, Royal Society of Architects Wales and the WSA to exhibit his work at the ‘Reflecting Wales 09:09’ exhibition which showcased work of the best of emerging architects in Wales. Ron Stewart, P.Eng., MBA, is a Regional Director for IBI Group, responsible for the leadership and oversight of the company’s ten offices across the Canada East Region. Ron has over 35 years of experience in transportation engineering, managing and administering resources, building collaborative multidisciplinary teams, and delivering successful projects. Having joined IBI Group in 1998, Ron is very familiar with its history, work, and people.  He provides expertise in traffic engineering, road safety, transportation planning, transit systems, intelligent transportation systems, and signal system operations and maintenance to numerous clients in the private and public sectors across Canada, at the municipal, provincial, and federal level. Before IBI Group, Ron served as Senior Manager, Traffic Systems with the City of Toronto. Ron has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from York University. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC). He is an active member of TAC’s Traffic Operations and Management Standing Committee.
