Jannis Nasoulis has more then 18 years of experience in the infrastructure construction and transportation industry. After he successfully managed the design, installation, testing and commissioning of the first large scale ITS project in Greece, he was involved in motorway operations undertaking the role of the Tunnel Safety Officer of the Athens ring road. He coordinated large scale exercises and fire tests in tunnels. In 2007, Jannis organized the operation and maintenance of the 230km long motorway concession project, Aegean Motorway, as Chief Operations Officer. Holding the position of the COO for nine years, he managed a major operational crisis involving a dramatic rockfall incident, resulting to longlasting international arbitration procedures, legal disputes and claims. He also actively participated in a successful project restructuring process, necessary to mitigate severe problems resulting from the Greek financial crisis, earning serious experience in PPP project financing, contractual arrangements and negotiation practices.

As a planner and project manager, Kate has developed exceptional skills in people and resource coordination, communication, and strategic analysis. Kevin has been appointed the Global Director of IBI’s Intelligence Sector, where he will champion the technology-driven strategic direction across IBI Group. In his previous role as Regional Director for Canada East, Kevin oversaw the firm’s largest region, with over 1,000 employees across nine offices. He has been with the firm for 32 years and has been an integral part of the Intelligence sector leadership since 2001.  Kevin is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the creation and application of intelligent systems solutions for managing transportation operations, infrastructure and buildings. He has worked with a wide range of public- and private-sector clients throughout North America and overseas. He has undertaken key roles  in advancing  the Intelligent Transportation Systems industry in Canada, and has been instrumental in the development of IBI’s industry-leading transit systems technology practice. Kevin has led notable projects including the development of the inaugural Intelligent Transportation Systems Architecture for Canada, and the systems management for the new Metrolinx Network Operations Centre. Kevin has an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Waterloo.
