Additionally, Mark is a Doctoral Researcher at the World Health Organisation Collaborating Centre at UWE, Bristol with a research interest in the links between wellbeing and the physical environment. Mark firmly believes that the combination of Evidence Based Design and teamwork is the key to solving complex, real-world, problems.

Lee Ann Mangin has 12 years of experience in ITS, project management and Systems Engineering and has the know-how to manage transportation technology, communication and construction projects for public and private clients from conceptual design through deployment. Neil Lewin is the Deputy Regional Director for the UK & Ireland, whose primary focus is developing the Living+ brand in the UK, which includes IBI Group’s work in the residential, high density mixed use and commercial sub-sectors. Neil also leads the UK infrastructure team comprising urban designers, planners and landscape architects. Neil is an architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He has more than 25 years of experience in his field and since joining the IBI Group in 2009, he has lead complex project teams in both the private and public sectors. He has worked hard to successfully collaborate a spectrum of skills within the practice, including architecture, urban regeneration and masterplanning to ensure IBI Group?s clients continually receive a comprehensive, high quality service. Neil?s role includes assisting the Regional Director to develop the structure and growth of the business, improving the design quality, depth of clients and profitability.

Paul Hewes is the Regional Director of the UK and Ireland, which includes offices in London, Brighton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Newark, Manchester, Liverpool, Rochdale, Glasgow and Dublin. Paul is responsible for regional operational and commercial performance, market growth, staff development and client engagement.

As an architect and project manager, he has extensive experience of the healthcare, education, transport and commercial sectors in the UK and the Middle East. Paul has exceptional knowledge of complex project delivery including strategic planning, procurement, contractual agreements, negotiation and mediation.
Paul is a qualified Architect, having trained at Bristol and Edinburgh Universities, in addition to being both an Arbitrator and a Project Manager, receiving both qualifications from the College of Estate Management, Reading University. Paul has been a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) since 1987.

Her project management skills allow her to direct the team while ensuring the projects achieve design excellence via a robust quality management system.

In healthcare, Denise has wide-ranging experience working with Trusts, private health providers and contractors to deliver estate strategies, master planning, refurbishment and new build commissions. In Education, Denise is specializes in the design development stages of Higher Education projects, reviewing the student journey and experience through the built environment. Denise?s practical knowledge of client and working group consultation, follows the design process though a structured series of meetings and end user workshops which in turn develops the client?s vision through to fruition.

Michael was past President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Municipal Employees Pension System (OMERS), one of Canada’s largest pension funds, from 2007 to 2014. From 1998 to 2007, Michael was President and Chief Executive Officer of Borealis Infrastructure, the infrastructure investment entity of OMERS.
