Neil also leads the UK infrastructure team comprising urban designers, planners and landscape architects. Neil is an architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He has more than 25 years of experience in his field and since joining the IBI Group in 2009, he has lead complex project teams in both the private and public sectors. He has worked hard to successfully collaborate a spectrum of skills within the practice, including architecture, urban regeneration and masterplanning to ensure IBI Group?s clients continually receive a comprehensive, high quality service. Neil?s role includes assisting the Regional Director to develop the structure and growth of the business, improving the design quality, depth of clients and profitability.

Paul is a qualified Architect, having trained at Bristol and Edinburgh Universities, in addition to being both an Arbitrator and a Project Manager, receiving both qualifications from the College of Estate Management, Reading University.
