Audrey is a Registered Professional Planner, a Professional Land Economist with more than 25 years of experience. She leads the firm’s Real Estate Economic & Planning practice specializing in growth management/land needs, market analysis, development/financial feasibility/strategy, economic impact, development charges, and municipal financial impact analysis. Audrey has a BA in Geography from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Urban Planning from McGill University and a member of Pragma Council (University of Waterloo), Lambda Alpha, and the Urban Land Institute.

John Bayley provides over 30 years of qualified professional experience in the areas of environmental study, preliminary design, detailed design, and contract administration of municipal servicing, transportation, urban and rural infrastructure upgrading projects, and storm water management facilities. John has also managed both transportation and municipal engineering teams and divisions during his time.

John has managed and provided technical expertise on multiple Class Environmental Assessment studies and detailed design projects, including route alignment/location, transportation system expansion/upgrading and servicing projects, as well as site and subdivision land development and construction administration.

In addition to consulting engineering, John has also managed several projects for a large Ontario-based sewer and watermain contractor, group leadership in the transportation engineering field and technical discipline mentorship in the consulting engineering field. John has researched and created municipal design standards at the local and regional municipal levels and has applied experience with municipal infrastructure management systems.

Don Verbanac is an interdisciplinary Project Manager specializing in transit facilities. Don has 20 years of combined experience in architecture, urban planning, transportation, retail and industrial design from Canada, the USA, Mexico and the Netherlands. For the past decade, Don has primarily worked on BRT, LRT and subway (metro) stations as well as bus terminals and on-street transit facilities. Brad Kimball has 25 years of experience in various aspects of facilities, facility design, interior design, and building infrastructure evaluations for both public and private sector clients. Brad specializes in user group facilitation and concept planning. Some of Brad’s recent projects of note include the Edmonton Police Service NW Campus, Habitat for Humanity Neufeld Landing, and the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital. Brad is a Registered Architect in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories.

He is also a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. Brad is a volunteer member of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology Architectural Academic Advisory Committee.
