Jane Sillberg is the Global Director of Human Resources and is responsible for managing the IBI Group HR team, advising the senior leadership team and managers on business and Human Resources issues, and developing HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency across the firm. Her role in IBI’s recent structural re-organization included creation of a new performance management program, career path and succession planning, and definition of job descriptions and salary ranges.

Jane is a frequent speaker at HR, benefits, and compensation conferences, and a past board member of the Communications and Technology Council in Ottawa and St. Joseph Health Care in London, Ontario. Jane has a Masters Degree in business management focusing on human resource management.

He has more than 30 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in both the private and public sectors at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels across Canada. Chuck Beamish has been the architect in charge of several transportation, healthcare, institutional and office building construction projects across Ontario. He has overseen the production of the majority of these facilities from schematic design through to the completion of construction.

In addition, Rakesh has also developed and implemented integrated water resources/watershed development strategies for sustainable development of natural resources. Wendy de Silva is an award winning architect and accredited RIBA Client Advisor with over 30 years of industry experience. She has amassed a wealth of knowledge across a range of educational, commercial and residential projects, but her particular expertise is in healthcare design. She has extensive understanding of the mental health sector and has worked with clients who are at the forefront of best practices and she is passionate about service improvements. Her project work has been recognized with awards for innovation and for providing best in class mental health facilities. She has presented papers on mental health design at conferences in the UK and Scandinavia.

Wendy has also worked on a wide range of primary and community health facilities and is keenly interested in the integration of health and social care services. She has been involved in competition winning integrated health and housing developments in London regeneration areas and has worked as Technical Advisor to community based NHS Trusts.

Wendy’s involvement as a governor of UCLH FT from 2004-2011 also enabled her to gain excellent insight into the rapidly changing NHS environment and the pressures that Foundation Trusts currently face. She continues to serve on its Arts and Heritage Committee.

Her work is characterized by its innovative, high-quality architectural design with a deep commitment to making healthy places that are accessible and inclusive. Over the last decade, she has focused on large scale transit stations and facilities. She has played an integral role in the successful design and execution of Toronto’s Finch West Station, CN Tower Plaza, Stoney Bus Facility and currently is the lead architect for Keelesdale Station for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT. She has also collaborated on international projects, such as design guidelines for the Mobility Hubs (CETRAM) in Mexico City and technical review of the new BRT in Puebla, Mexico on behalf of the World Bank.

Ana-Francisca has served in various committees including the ULI, Harbourfront Centre and UWC alumni and is an active member of the Toronto Society of Architects.
