David’s projects have gained a significant reputation for high-quality design and responsible execution, and have been recognized in several international design journals. He is a recipient of the Governor General’s Medal for Architecture in Canada.

Educated in both Canada and the UK as well as across disciplines, Mario’s experience extends across real-time operations, technology strategies, creating healthy communities, urban regeneration, public-private partnerships, as well as planning and delivery for major global events.

He has extensive experience in the design and management of specialized institutional, high-tech facilities, protective services, and healthcare facilities. His focus has been on designing facilities with complex functional and building system requirements; in particular, he specializes in healthcare master planning, programming, medical planning, and strategic planning. He has managed facilities procured as design-bid-build, design-build, and design-bid-maintain-finance-operate (Public-Private Partnerships).

Jannis Nassoulis has more then 18 years of experience in the infrastructure construction and transportation industry. After he successfully managed the design, installation, testing and commissioning of the first large scale ITS project in Greece, he was involved in motorway operations undertaking the role of the Tunnel Safety Officer of the Athens ring road. He coordinated large scale exercises and fire tests in tunnels.

In 2007, Jannis organized the operation and maintenance of the 230km long motorway concession project, Aegean Motorway, as Chief Operations Officer. Holding the position of the COO for nine years, he managed a major operational crisis involving a dramatic rockfall incident, resulting to longlasting international arbitration procedures, legal disputes and claims. He also actively participated in a successful project restructuring process, necessary to mitigate severe problems resulting from the Greek financial crisis, earning serious experience in PPP project financing, contractual arrangements and negotiation practices.
