Jorge Arevalo has 25 years of experience in the aerospace and electrical consulting industries and has been involved in electrical specifications, schematic and detail design for all electrical building systems for commercial, industrial and government buildings. He develops projects with accuracy, efficiency and within time limits and ever responsive to client needs, Jorge is able to adjust design and find solutions to fit within budget constraints. For the last few years Jorge has been leading IBI Group?s electrical teams in the transit field including work at multiple TTC stations, Metrolinx layovers at Mimico and Lewis Road and the Metrolinx James Station in Hamilton. Most recently Jorge has led a ten-man electrical team for four stations on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT project.

Adriana Davis, LEED GA, is a young, up and coming architectural designer in the New York City office housing studio with a commitment to bringing affordability and convenience back to our public spaces. Her recent successes at IBI include the AEC Trendsetters Habitat for Humanity Design Challenge, and the New York City Driverless Future Challenge. She was also awarded a prize in the Fairy Tales 2017 Competition, a project that explores the intersection between architectural narrative and graphic representation.

He places collaborative working as the focus of his leadership, winning awards for outstanding team delivery and high client satisfaction.

In healthcare, he works alongside clients to transform their ‘model of care’ into an efficient and therapeutic healing environment, ensuing overall cost savings and improving service delivery. Graham is highly competent at meeting the design challenges posed by complex refurbishment works within a live hospital environment. His experience includes the development of complicated phasing plans to meet both clinical and construction requirements. With a rich background in healthcare design, Graham is very aware of Trust requirements, ensuring solutions address future flexibility, energy efficiency and most importantly reduced infection rates by introducing innovations such as the IBI Group ‘cruciform ward’.

In education, Graham has been exposed to a number of Government initiatives, including Building Schools for the Future and the Primary Capital programme. He has hands-on experience of the tight parameters specified by these schemes, responding with holistic solutions to safeguard design quality and exceed clients’ ‘value for money’ expectations.

Larry Baldwin is a multi-modal (speech and touch input) interaction design specialist who has designed and deployed mobile, telematics, web and in-home speech, touch-screen and web-browser applications for the past 12 years. He is a visionary in multi-modal application design with three patents to his name (one pending). Larry lead the interaction design of unique Alaska 511 and South Carolina 511 mobile websites and was the interaction designer for the Florida 511 iPhone application. He was also the lead designer of telematics (in-car) applications such as the Pioneer in-dash system (AVIC-Z1 In-Dash HDD Navigation and Multimedia AV Receiver with DVD). In addition to transportation-related IVR system and application design, Larry was the also the lead speech designer for Voco (The World?s First Voice controlled Wireless Music System). Coupled with her experience and knowledge on business and system processes, software systems, platforms, communication infrastructure and tools required to increase efficiency in different system environment, she has played a senior advisory role on projects in the US and globally on highway P3 pursuits.
