Bart Cima has over 40 years of experience in the planning, design, deployment, and operations of ITS, managed lanes, and tolling solutions. For much of his career, he has focused on the application of technology to transportation. He is particularly adept at working with clients to clearly define project requirements as a sound basis for developing appropriate and feasible solutions, which has proven beneficial in the delivery of design-build and AFP/P3 projects.
