David Traub-Werner is a civil engineer that has spent the majority of his career applying Systems Thinking and Engineering principles to infrastructure projects. His involvement on large Intelligent Transportation Systems projects, both P3 and public-lead design-bid-build, has included direct involvement and leadership in the range of professional services for software development, center-to-field interfaces, field infrastructure connectivity of communications and power and physical infrastructure.

David served as the Assistant Project Manager for the design of ten underground stations for the NTA Red Line Tel Aviv LRT project, as well as the complete construction phase services for five stations. With a keen interest in digital value expeditions, David builds on his systems thinking to investigate, publish and present on current technologies as applied to IBI Group’s core businesses, including: distributed ledger technology, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Anita Leonoff joined IBI Group shortly after graduating from UBC’s Architecture School and learned quickly. In the mid 1980s, Anita began the renovation work on the Hotel Vancouver, one of her longest running projects and one she continues to work on to this day. In the 1990s, Anita took on the local work for Holt Renfrew which at the time was renovation work. This later turned into a new store for Vancouver, followed by Calgary, and a number in Ontario and Quebec, which is a testament to her work. Anita’s areas of specialty include institutional and hospitality facilities design, retail and office tenant fit-ups, heritage renovations, and the management of the approvals and public consultation processes.
