Dusica Pavlovic holds a Master Degree in Architecture from Sarajevo and has over 30 years of experience including design work in hospitality buildings, long term care facilities, institutional and mixed-use residential buildings. Her involvement on a number of high profile projects such as Riverhouse at the Old Mill, Hazelton Lane and 355 King Street West has developed her relationships with long standing clients over the years. On such projects, she was responsible for the schematic design, design development of the projects to final working drawings for construction purposes, including all the required coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.

David Traub-Werner is a civil engineer that has spent the majority of his career applying Systems Thinking and Engineering principles to infrastructure projects. His involvement on large Intelligent Transportation Systems projects, both P3 and public-lead design-bid-build, has included direct involvement and leadership in the range of professional services for software development, center-to-field interfaces, field infrastructure connectivity of communications and power and physical infrastructure.

David served as the Assistant Project Manager for the design of ten underground stations for the NTA Red Line Tel Aviv LRT project, as well as the complete construction phase services for five stations. With a keen interest in digital value expeditions, David builds on his systems thinking to investigate, publish and present on current technologies as applied to IBI Group’s core businesses, including: distributed ledger technology, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Neil Murphy has extensive experience directing complex public sector projects under a range of contract and procurement routes. He is a very strong leader, working alongside contractors, consortia and supply-chains to consistently deliver project milestones and add value to the overall service offering. His ‘can-do’ ethos and the trademark teamwork he established with the multiple stakeholders of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital & Royal Hospital for Children was a key factor in its success. Neil has helped Trusts to deliver acute, primary care and mental health schemes and has good knowledge of the key design and operational drivers to develop a successful solution.

He is competent to deal with challenges such as phasing, reducing environmental impact on live sites, health and safety as well as managing the progress of simultaneous projects at various locations. Neil is one of the key practice representatives for P21+, notably delivering schemes such as the award winning Personality Disorder Unit in East London. Apart from transit technology deployments, Santosh has significant expertise in large transportation data (transit and non-transit) acquisition, management and utilization and was invited to write a guest article in the Mass Transit Magazine under Best Practices column. Santosh also has significant experience in transportation technology research and evaluation and co-authored TCRP Project A-31 Transit, Call Centers and 511: A Guide for Decision Makers, and TCRP Project J-09, Task 12: ‘New and Emerging Technologies’. John Bayley provides over 30 years of qualified professional experience in the areas of environmental study, preliminary design, detailed design, and contract administration of municipal servicing, transportation, urban and rural infrastructure upgrading projects, and storm water management facilities. John has also managed both transportation and municipal engineering teams and divisions during his time.

John has managed and provided technical expertise on multiple Class Environmental Assessment studies and detailed design projects, including route alignment/location, transportation system expansion/upgrading and servicing projects, as well as site and subdivision land development and construction administration.

In addition to consulting engineering, John has also managed several projects for a large Ontario-based sewer and watermain contractor, group leadership in the transportation engineering field and technical discipline mentorship in the consulting engineering field.
