Mike Codrington has over 30 years of experience delivering complex system solutions for a multitude of applications and projects. Throughout his career, he has carried out planning, design, commissioning and construction supervision of various process and control systems.

Mike is a subject matter expert in the application of different computer systems related to management of real time data, such as SCADA. He has been involved in the planning, design and commissioning of SCADA systems across a broad range of industries, including transportation, transit, materials handling, process, and automotive.

He has also guided the work of a team of engineers and systems designers and is heavily involved in design coordination with all technical disciplines and user groups to ensure cohesive solutions. His expertise encompasses all systems elements, from the device-level components up to high-level supervisory systems.

As US Lead, Infrastructure, David Chow is responsible for the region’s operational results, including financial performance, professional and technical work, staff development, and client satisfaction. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Civil Engineering) from the University of California at Irvine and is both a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) and a certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners. He is a licensed engineer in California, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, and North Carolina, and is nationally certified by AICP as a planner in North America.

David has over 25 years of experience in engineering, planning, and urban design. He has managed major investment studies, complex transportation and land-use projects, Transit Oriented Development projects, as well as the design of local and regional transit systems, and technical work for environmental impact studies.

Patricia Ramudo has over 32 years of experience in the civil engineering field. She has extensive experience in the design of hydraulic systems, including site development projects, water distribution systems, flood mitigation projects and the computer simulation of steady-state and transient flow of fluid transmission system. She has carried projects from conceptual design and modeling through construction and monitoring and was additionally responsible for hydraulic analyses, construction administration, design and analysis of water/sewer/storm water systems and permit acquisition at the federal, state and local levels. Patricia is also experienced in the design and rehabilitation of existing systems which are in violation of jurisdictional codes or require modification for upgrading.

Michael was past President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Municipal Employees Pension System (OMERS), one of Canada’s largest pension funds, from 2007 to 2014. From 1998 to 2007, Michael was President and Chief Executive Officer of Borealis Infrastructure, the infrastructure investment entity of OMERS.

Steven Kresak is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IBI Group Inc. and is responsible for the firm’s legal affairs worldwide. His accountabilities include the legal, compliance, real estate, insurance and corporate governance functions. Steven is based in Toronto, Ontario, IBI Group’s corporate headquarters. From 2006 through 2014 Steven served at Infrastructure Ontario, in a variety of leadership roles including Director, Special Initiatives; Vice President, Sales and Acquisitions; and Senior Vice President, Commercial Projects, where he led a series of transactions to monetize government assets in the transportation, remanufacturing, entertainment, rail and telecommunications sectors. Prior to 2006, he practiced law at Goodmans LLP. Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Law degree (Distinction) from the University of Alberta. He is a former Editor of the Alberta Law Review.
