Arend Lottsma is responsible for management of municipal infrastructure replacement projects. His duties include ongoing staff management and client liaison during the preparation of engineering designs and contract documents, where he flexes his technical skills in the preparation and review of engineering design and contract documents.

He maintains a consistent presence on the project management front, from coordinating utilities, regulatory agencies and municipalities through to contract administration and project coordination during the construction phase ensuring smooth transitions through the project lifecycle.

Since joining the firm upon graduation from the University of Waterloo, Arend has participated in a number of high-profile local projects within the urban downtown areas of Kitchener (King Street, Young Street, College Street, Otto Street and Water Street) and Hespeler Village (Cambridge).

His involvement in a wide range of municipal infrastructure and land development projects over this period provides him with a broad base of experience in the delivery of projects ranging in scope from servicing master plans and environmental assessments through to detailed design and construction administration of multimillion-dollar municipal infrastructure projects. Joe is currently involved in the City of London SHIFT Rapid Transit project having shared design responsibility for the development of the rapid transit corridors including the development of design alternatives and utility coordination.

She worked in capital markets for over 20 years at various firms and specialized in the derivatives market. Ms. Bell is a Director of the Associates of the University of Toronto, Inc.

Don Verbanac is an interdisciplinary Project Manager specializing in transit facilities.
