Marie Seupersadsingh joined IBI Group shortly after graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in Computer Science for Data Management. In her 35+ years with IBI Group, Marie has been involved in the design and development of a variety of systems ranging from Traffic Management, Fleet Management, Traveller Information, Incident Processing, to Financial Accounting, Revenue Management and Tolling. She has gained extensive experience in the various phases of the software development life cycle ranging from gathering user specifications and producing functional specifications through software development and implementation to user documentation, testing and training. Marie has demonstrated excellent organizational and planning skills and attention to detail; as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and various levels of management. Marie designed the back office for the first IBI Toll System in Greece and since then has lead the IBI toll team in the design, development and implementation of information management for each of its many toll systems. Bruce Retzsch established the firm of RLC Architects in Boca Raton, Florida, serving as its managing principal and principal urban designer for more than 30 years until being acquired by IBI Group in 2022. The firm is recognized for superior architectural design and planning services in the multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office and distribution/logistics markets in South Florida, and is the recipient of numerous AIA design awards. Mr. Retzsch is an active member of AIA, serving as the 2022 Palm Beach AIA president and recipient of the component’s 2018 Gold Medal. He is also involved in many industry organizations, including ULI, NAIOP and CIASF, and volunteer activities with the City of Boca Raton, Boca Raton Community Church, and the National MS Society.
