Tomer Ganor is the business operations manager for IBI’s International region, and the Tel Aviv Office Lead. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Master of Business Administration with 15 years of financial experience, specializing in increasing the efficiency of companies. During his career, Tomer has been involved in IPOs, investments, operational management, strategic consulting and financial modeling. Tomer joined IBI Group in 2016 and has been responsible for the reorganization of the Tel Aviv office to support the commercial management of the NTA Red Line Tel Aviv LRT project. In addition, he served as the Regional Head of Finance, where he supported the implementation of corporate working standards across IBI’s International region offices. Dr. Muhammad A. Mustafa has steadily grown his reputation at IBI Group over the last 18 years. He is the Project Manager for the cities of Jeddah and Al Madinah travel model and Public Transport systems design, the Arriyadh comprehensive public transport plan and the electronic tolling for Attiki Odos the ring road in Athens, Greece and led the integration of multi-application smart card systems project in Europe, under the e-Europe program.
