Corporate Structure
The IBI Income Fund is a business income trust established under the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. The IBI Management Partnership comprising the active Directors and Associate Directors of IBI Group retain a minimum of 50% interest in the fund with the balance owned by the public. The IBI Income Fund is administered by a board of trustees and managed by IBI Group.
The IBI Income Fund trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol IBG.
