Sitting at the corner of Wellington and Scott, just east of the downtown Yonge Street artery, 88 Scott Street reimagines the original 1951 limestone clad building with a beautifully modernized glass façade.

Rising from an elegantly repurposed 5-storey podium base, the 53-storey tower spirals upwards into the Toronto skyline, offering over 525 condo units and a total of 600,000 square feet of residential, commercial office and retail environment.

The development is co-located near a pocket of historically important structures including the King Edward Hotel. It creates a new retail boulevard along Wellington while maintaining the existing environment along Scott, complemented by a hotel-style entrance for residence. The top of the glass tower is stepped to provide large terraces and further reflect the community’s architectural heritage.
