IBI Group provided strategic planning and design advice to TCI Communications, Inc., a major U.S. cable company, as part of its initiative to provide new services to its customer base. IBI was involved in the design of Regional Network Operations Centres (RNOC) in Chicago. The site planning and design component included renovations to the current facilities to accommodate the RNOC, and design of Field Fulfillment Offices where existing space was limited.
