IBI Group was the prime consultant to The Molson Companies Limited respecting the redevelopment of its property at Fleet Street. This 13 acre site is located within the Garrison Common between Bathurst Street and Strachan Avenue. IBI Group services have included regulatory planning, urban design, civil engineering, architecture by IBI Group Architects and landscape architecture for this mixed-use development. Proposals for the site include the development of some 700,000 sq.ft. of employment space together with some 2.5 million sq.ft. of residential space to achieve a new prime residential neighbourhood and act as a catalyst to the regeneration of the larger area of the Garrison Common, as proposed by The Waterfront Regeneration Trust.
