Amer has over 20 years of experience in architectural design and construction for various building typologies. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Engineering from the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary. Following graduation, Amer worked in the United Arab Emirates as a member of the government architectural and engineering staff with responsibilities that developed from design review and detailing to complete design and construction supervision for numerous projects, including major public, residential and industrial developments. He joined IBI’s transit architecture group in early 2001 to 2005 and continued his architectural career in Verona Italy for several years prior to rejoining IBI Group in 2009. Amer has participated in various transit projects from conceptual design and construction documentation through to the completion of construction. These projects include the TTC Eglinton Bus Station, the GTAA Automated People Mover Stations and the Finch West Subway Station. Amer is currently leading the architectural design detailing and construction document production for the new 11 km NTA Red Line LRT project in Tel Aviv.

Dr. Muhammad A. Mustafa has steadily grown his reputation at IBI Group over the last 18 years. He is the Project Manager for the cities of Jeddah and Al Madinah travel model and Public Transport systems design, the Arriyadh comprehensive public transport plan and the electronic tolling for Attiki Odos the ring road in Athens, Greece and led the integration of multi-application smart card systems project in Europe, under the e-Europe program. Mustafa has provided consulting services to the European Commission on funding ITS projects and proposals since 1998 and is the Technical Manager of the IMS Project, a Canadian initiative funded by the Federal government for the implementation of multi-modal and multi-application smart card systems since 1999.
