Kiran Madan has over 12 years of diverse quality assurance experience working with technology solutions across industries including Transportation & Infrastructure, Finance, Retail and Public Education. She has played an integral role in establishing quality processes for the QA function in different functional and automation teams. She is proficient in managing different phases of testing including articulating and validating complex business requirements, formulating test strategies and executing projects using Agile Scrum methodologies. Kiran currently leads the quality assurance function in IBI group for the Intelligent Systems division. She handles QA processes for Travel-IQ by IBI Group and various Public Sector 511 projects across North America, delivering rich customer experience spanning web, mobile and desktop based applications.
