Amer has over 20 years of experience in architectural design and construction for various building typologies. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Engineering from the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary. Following graduation, Amer worked in the United Arab Emirates as a member of the government architectural and engineering staff with responsibilities that developed from design review and detailing to complete design and construction supervision for numerous projects, including major public, residential and industrial developments.
