Chuck Beamish has been the architect in charge of several transportation, healthcare, institutional and office building construction projects across Ontario. He has overseen the production of the majority of these facilities from schematic design through to the completion of construction.

Arend Lottsma is responsible for management of municipal infrastructure replacement projects. Jalil has been an oral review panelist with AIBC and is a volunteer member of the AIBC’s Post-Disaster Response Committee for Post-Disaster Safety Evaluation of Buildings & Infrastructure group. In the office, he takes it upon himself to mentor and supervise intern architects and guide them to their goals. Jalil is currently performing as a project manager leading teams of about 10 people. He is currently working on Lot P, Onni Group, Vancouver and Oak and 67th, Coromandel, also in Vancouver.
