Rahul Mehra is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario with 15 years of experience. He joined IBI Group upon graduation and has built an extensive background in tolling and revenue systems and manages the broad scope of these projects from design, through implementation, solution deployment into the ongoing operation and maintenance of IBI’s systems. Rahul was a key participant in the Health Care Challenge initiative and has continued to collaborate with colleagues from sectors to advance IBI?s interests in the area of health care related solutions.

Richard Golledge is a qualified architect specialising in education and healthcare design. His experience also includes work in the residential sector, where he won a Regional RIBA Award for a one-off house in Malmesbury. His innovative approach to design has been supported by his keen interest in research and development.

In 2009, Richard was selected by the Design Commission for Wales, Royal Society of Architects Wales and the WSA to exhibit his work at the ‘Reflecting Wales 09:09’ exhibition which showcased work of the best of emerging architects in Wales. In 2010, Richard exhibited at the National Eisteddfod in Wales.
