Garry Howard is a talented designer, skilled at executing complex design exercises for both the healthcare and education sector. An active listener, Garry works closely with clients to translate their aspirations into a robust brief. Garry’s involvement in PFI projects has made the most of his ability to conceptualise highly complicated schemes. His experience includes various projects ranging from stormwater management studies and infrastructure projects to master drainage plans and flood analysis, which includes numerous projects for the City of Ottawa and the former Region Municipality of Ottawa, Carleton as well as private developers. He is the Project Manager for the cities of Jeddah and Al Madinah travel model and Public Transport systems design, the Arriyadh comprehensive public transport plan and the electronic tolling for Attiki Odos the ring road in Athens, Greece and led the integration of multi-application smart card systems project in Europe, under the e-Europe program.

Mustafa has provided consulting services to the European Commission on funding ITS projects and proposals since 1998 and is the Technical Manager of the IMS Project, a Canadian initiative funded by the Federal government for the implementation of multi-modal and multi-application smart card systems since 1999.
