He recently concluded an assignment as the Project Manager for the Ground Transportation AVI System for the Hillsboro County Aviation Authority at the Tampa Airport. This system monitors and tracks commercial vehicles and assesses fees based on the vehicle and type of trip. Past assignments include work for Federal (NPS, FHWA), State (CT, NY) and local levels of government.
