Visweswara joined IBI Group as a Transportation Systems Engineer in the year 2007 after graduating from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB). As one of the first few hires of IBI India, he has started his career working on toll and HTMS implementation projects for highways. He was involved from the inception of the Indore BRT ITS implementation project (the firm’s first World Bank project in India), which subsequently helped the firm in securing a stream of contracts from The World Bank. In the recent times, he is working on the Hyderabad Integrated Traffic Management System (ITMS) Project. Visweswara has been instrumental in building the software development practice in India and is currently working as the Product Manager for the IBI’s Smart City Platform and is also responsible for developing various Urban ITS Software solutions for IBI. He is also the office lead for our Hyderabad office.
