Matt Clementson is a graduate of the Welsh School of Architecture, where he has also taught 3D visualisation techniques and skills. He initially joined IBI Group in the IT Department but leveraged his previous experience to establish IBI Group UK’s in-house 3D visualization department, managing a small team of artists producing a wide range of 3D visual output for IBI Group projects. The department recently started experimenting with 3D printing and Rapid Prototyping technologies, which allow architects to successfully communicate design solutions, ultimately helping clients in their decision making process.
Matt?s foundation in IT support and training was a stepping stone in developing a thorough understanding of Codebook, ADB and project management techniques, as well as 3D and 2D illustration. He is also proficient in architectural animation, high-end renders and 2D concept stage illustrations, using the latest software to bring architectural solutions to life.

Jannis Nassoulis has more then 18 years of experience in the infrastructure construction and transportation industry. After he successfully managed the design, installation, testing and commissioning of the first large scale ITS project in Greece, he was involved in motorway operations undertaking the role of the Tunnel Safety Officer of the Athens ring road. He coordinated large scale exercises and fire tests in tunnels.

In 2007, Jannis organized the operation and maintenance of the 230km long motorway concession project, Aegean Motorway, as Chief Operations Officer. Holding the position of the COO for nine years, he managed a major operational crisis involving a dramatic rockfall incident, resulting to longlasting international arbitration procedures, legal disputes and claims. He also actively participated in a successful project restructuring process, necessary to mitigate severe problems resulting from the Greek financial crisis, earning serious experience in PPP project financing, contractual arrangements and negotiation practices.
