Carys is a qualified architect demonstrating experience predominantly in the education and healthcare sectors. Her broad skill base means she is a key asset to any design team throughout the project lifecycle. In Education, Carys is familiar with the aspirations of primary and secondary schools, as well as FE Colleges and Universities. She has effectively led and supported on the delivery of EFA funded projects by developing excellent consultant, stakeholder and client relationships. Following the completion of the academic paper and acclaimed HEAD Study (Holistic Evidence And Design) carried out by Professor Peter Barrett, Carys has played a leading role in developing the practical application of this research through IBI TH!NK, our in-house research & development team, culminating in the ‘Clever Classroom’ optimised design and the ‘School Assessment Toolkit’. Don Verbanac is an interdisciplinary Project Manager specializing in transit facilities. Don has 20 years of combined experience in architecture, urban planning, transportation, retail and industrial design from Canada, the USA, Mexico and the Netherlands. For the past decade, Don has primarily worked on BRT, LRT and subway (metro) stations as well as bus terminals and on-street transit facilities. John Bayley provides over 30 years of qualified professional experience in the areas of environmental study, preliminary design, detailed design, and contract administration of municipal servicing, transportation, urban and rural infrastructure upgrading projects, and storm water management facilities. John has also managed both transportation and municipal engineering teams and divisions during his time.

John has managed and provided technical expertise on multiple Class Environmental Assessment studies and detailed design projects, including route alignment/location, transportation system expansion/upgrading and servicing projects, as well as site and subdivision land development and construction administration.
