Andrew is an Associate, urban planner, and project manager with the Vancouver office’s master planning practice and manages the transit oriented development (TOD) practice in Canada West – including IBI Group’s TOD Planning for Calgary’s Green Line LRT. His current projects include over 3M sq ft of development in Metro Vancouver. Over ten years – eight of which were in the public-sector – he has built a comprehensive background in development planning, urban design, strategy, and public engagement. Andrew is a licensed Urban Planner (MCIP, RPP), and graduated from the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning, Simon Fraser University’s Urban Design program, and most recently the University of British Columbia’s Urban Land Economics (DULE) program.

Kelly Cobbe has provided engineering design, construction administration and project management services to various local municipalities, regional municipalities and provincial and federal government agencies in Eastern and Southwestern Ontario for 30 years. Leveraging a number of IBI’s core strengths, he has undertaken infrastructure and urban streetscape revitalization projects in the downtown cores of a number of municipalities in Waterloo Region.
