Vivian is currently a Project Manager on the IBI Living+ team. She has 10 years of experience within the architecture and urban design sectors at IBI Group. With her specialization in multi-family residential and mixed-use developments, Vivian’s expertise is in overseeing and coordinating projects through rezoning and development permitting phases.

Her strong organizational skills and ability to introduce innovative solutions are assets to her team and her clients. Vivian’s most recently completed project is Centreview in North Vancouver, a multi-tower residential and office development with retail, affordable housing and daycare components. She is currently working on two rental projects in Vancouver’s historic Victory Square area and an office building in Mt. Pleasant. Geoff Carter joined IBI Group working in the development of our Advanced Traffic Management Systems software with an emphasis on the mapping display functionality. Geoff now leads IBI’s Advanced Traveller Information web and data interface team. Geoff and his team now support IBI traveller information systems that service roughly 25% of the population in the US, with notable active 511 solutions deployed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Florida, Wisconsin and Los Angeles. Geoff led IBI’s efforts for the deployment of the traveller information web site for the Pan Am games. Geoff has led efforts to provide SaaS (Software as a Solution), advanced IBI’s hosting center in Tampa, Florida and has managed the program to productize IBI’s software solution thereby allowing IBI to bring tremendous value to its clients. He is currently leading IBI’s efforts to advance the Event Reporting System and managing the New York and Wisconsin 511 projects.

Sean Jones has extensive experience in the administration of building contracts for refurbishment and new build works. He is involved in the production of detailed information packages, the management of the design team through this process including contract administration and overseeing site works. He is familiar with the PFI process and has wide-ranging experience in the procurement of healthcare buildings. This includes leading the team during the briefing and room layout process. This involved engagement with the user groups to finalise the detail design layouts and managing the production information packages. Sean is also familiar with delivering phased schemes in a live hospital environment.
