Arend Lottsma is responsible for management of municipal infrastructure replacement projects. His duties include ongoing staff management and client liaison during the preparation of engineering designs and contract documents, where he flexes his technical skills in the preparation and review of engineering design and contract documents.

He maintains a consistent presence on the project management front, from coordinating utilities, regulatory agencies and municipalities through to contract administration and project coordination during the construction phase ensuring smooth transitions through the project lifecycle.

Since joining the firm upon graduation from the University of Waterloo, Arend has participated in a number of high-profile local projects within the urban downtown areas of Kitchener (King Street, Young Street, College Street, Otto Street and Water Street) and Hespeler Village (Cambridge).

Bruce Mori has more than 20 years of consulting experience that spans the globe. He specializes in transportation systems planning and travel demand forecasting for major metropolitan areas and Landmark Events with a focus on rapid transit systems, integrated transportation land use planning, and sustainable transportation principles. He has responsibility within IBI Group for transportation planning, travel demand forecasting, transportation-related environmental assessments, travel demand forecasting, toll traffic and revenue studies, and rapid transit/LRT and road/highway design. Larry lead the interaction design of unique Alaska 511 and South Carolina 511 mobile websites and was the interaction designer for the Florida 511 iPhone application. He was also the lead designer of telematics (in-car) applications such as the Pioneer in-dash system (AVIC-Z1 In-Dash HDD Navigation and Multimedia AV Receiver with DVD).
