Neil has over 20 years of experience as a Project Architect and Urban Designer. Following the completion of the academic paper and acclaimed HEAD Study (Holistic Evidence And Design) carried out by Professor Peter Barret at the University of Salford, Neil has played a leading role in developing the practical application of this research through IBI THiNK, our in-house Research & Development team, culminating in the “Clever Classroom” design and school assessment toolkit.
