She has over 20 years of experience in coordinating complex, multidisciplinary public-transit facility projects, as well as all facets of practice management. Celia has a portfolio of major transit infrastructure design projects, including underground, at-grade, and elevated transit facility design for the TTC, GTAA, and GO Transit. She is the lead architect for the new Redline LRT, the first subway system in Tel Aviv.
