Colin brings over 30 years of architectural experience to IBI. Emigrating from the UK to Canada in 1995, he has been involved and managed various projects in the UK, U.S. and Middle East that include high-rise and low-rise structures, mixed-use commercial office and residential projects, and others. His clients are diverse, ranging from public and private sector organizations, to defense establishments and religious groups. Colin has extensive experience with a number of differing forms of construction from concrete, steel and wood frame, as well as the use of vernacular architecture construction techniques for the given region.

Notable projects include the residential high-rise Binning Tower in Vancouver, the head office of Ahmed Tea of London, and the Chemical and Biological Facility in Vancouver. He is the Project Manager for the cities of Jeddah and Al Madinah travel model and Public Transport systems design, the Arriyadh comprehensive public transport plan and the electronic tolling for Attiki Odos the ring road in Athens, Greece and led the integration of multi-application smart card systems project in Europe, under the e-Europe program.

Mustafa has provided consulting services to the European Commission on funding ITS projects and proposals since 1998 and is the Technical Manager of the IMS Project, a Canadian initiative funded by the Federal government for the implementation of multi-modal and multi-application smart card systems since 1999.
