Fouad Mustafa is Global Director, P3 Infrastructure. He is also on the Board of Directors of Consulting Engineers of Ontario.

Fouad obtained a Master of Business Administration from York University and has more than 25 years of experience in the management, planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure and facilities with a focus on AFP/P3 projects.
