Nazeeh Oudeh is the Transportation Lead in Southfield, MI. He is an innovator in his field, known for developing the Star interchange concept, creating innovative solutions to storm water management and mitigating poor soils with hybrid structures. He is a licensed PE in the State of Michigan, with more than 33 years of experience. He joined IBI Group in October of 2017.

Some of his notable projects include the Fort Street Viaduct Replacement, which used an innovative inverted strut to address poor soils and stability concerns; the American Center for Mobility, which is Michigan’s test track for connected and autonomous vehicles; and I-94 in Dearborn, which won the American Society of Civil Engineers, Michigan Project of the Year.

Claudia Krywiak is Vice President, Corporate Development, Planning and Strategic Initiatives at the Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE), a not-for-profit organization that drives the growth of a knowledge-based economy in Ontario.  In partnership with industry, OCE co-invests in industrially relevant R&D and the commercialization of leading edge technologies, supporting the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.

At OCE, Claudia is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of initiatives that bring together multiple levels of government, large corporations, and SMEs to fuel growth in emerging technology areas, such as advanced computing and artificial intelligence, connected and autonomous vehicles, 5G and next generation networks, cybersecurity, and clean technologies.  Her team has a mandate to work with government, academic, and industry leaders to accelerate business innovation in high potential sectors that provide a competitive advantage for Canada in the global economy.

Prior to joining OCE, Claudia held the position of Vice President, Business Development (Ontario) at Mitacs, a national research organization that funds research and training programs for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in partnership with universities, industry, and government in Canada.

Claudia received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Toronto in 2003 and subsequently worked for Bruker BioSpin, a world leader in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) technology, enabling scientists to make breakthrough discoveries and develop new applications.

Rebecca is a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council and an Architects-in-School Program Member with the Architectural Foundation of Oregon.  She played an integral role in the successful completion of award-winning LEED Gold projects including Parkrose Middle School Replacement, Sandy High School, and Trillium Creek Primary School. Rebecca was also involved in the design of the Snohomish Aquatic Center, a truly unique facility north of Seattle.

Rahul was a key participant in the Health Care Challenge initiative and has continued to collaborate with colleagues from sectors to advance IBI?s interests in the area of health care related solutions.

Rahul is currently dividing his time between a number of tolling projects in Mexico, testing for the development of new standards with the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association, and several toll consulting assignments across North America.

He brings strong experience in business and personnel management to our Portland team, having built successful practices on both sides of the Atlantic during his career. He is the current President of the Alberta Chapter of A4LE and has presented at conferences for the past several years.
