Sardar Nabi is Manager, Bridges and has over 28 years of experience in project management, design of bridges and other transportation structures. He is adept at production of drawings, structural design and analysis, development of construction details, and preparation of contract documents. He has extensive design and management experience with various types of infrastructures, including: long span bridges, over-crossings, under-crossings, structural widening, grade separations, drainage structures, walls, and miscellaneous landscape structures.

He has vast experience in the design and delivery for bridge, structural and transportation projects for Conventional, design/build (DB) and Design-Build-Finance-Operations (DBFO) projects. Sardar’s experience in bridge structures includes a wide variety of highway, railway and light transit bridges consisting of post-tensioned concrete, precast concrete girder and steel girder structures designed to CHBDC, AASHTO and AREMA design standards. For the rehabilitation of structures, Sardar has carried out condition surveys, structural investigations and assessments, repair, rehabilitation design and project management of a wide variety of structures.

He has provided bridge detailed and preliminary design services to the Ministry of Transportation Ontario for approximately 250 bridge structures. Sardar is a Certified Project Manager, having met the stringent training, experience and practical examination requirements of Project Manager Certification Program, which is recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Jannis Nassoulis has more then 18 years of experience in the infrastructure construction and transportation industry. After he successfully managed the design, installation, testing and commissioning of the first large scale ITS project in Greece, he was involved in motorway operations undertaking the role of the Tunnel Safety Officer of the Athens ring road. He coordinated large scale exercises and fire tests in tunnels.

In 2007, Jannis organized the operation and maintenance of the 230km long motorway concession project, Aegean Motorway, as Chief Operations Officer. Holding the position of the COO for nine years, he managed a major operational crisis involving a dramatic rockfall incident, resulting to longlasting international arbitration procedures, legal disputes and claims. He also actively participated in a successful project restructuring process, necessary to mitigate severe problems resulting from the Greek financial crisis, earning serious experience in PPP project financing, contractual arrangements and negotiation practices.
