Neil has over 20 years of experience as a Project Architect and Urban Designer. Neil has worked on commercial and housing sector projects throughout the UK but he has become a key figure in education and education masterplanning projects, bringing architecture and urban design skills to major capital projects. Neil is a lead member of the IBI Learning+ team, specialising in school and college design, and is responsible for the design, coordination and delivery output. Neil is recognised for leading high quality projects within the business.

Neil’s leadership ability and talent to communicate ideas both visually and verbally combined with his recent experience of designing and particularly in delivering EFA funded projects means that he and his team can hit the ground running on fast track projects.
Neil has experienced first-hand the new economic reality of centrally funded projects and has adapted to this by producing designs that make most of the budget.

Following the completion of the academic paper and acclaimed HEAD Study (Holistic Evidence And Design) carried out by Professor Peter Barret at the University of Salford, Neil has played a leading role in developing the practical application of this research through IBI THiNK, our in-house Research & Development team, culminating in the “Clever Classroom” design and school assessment toolkit.

Anna Mori has spent her entire 20-year transportation planning career with IBI Group. Anna specializes in transportation data collection and analysis, as well as geographic information systems/mapping/visualization of travel patterns and trends. She has managed several large-scale travel origin-destination surveys for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles and transit, through which she has gained rich insights into travel behaviour. She has also been responsible for a variety of studies in support of transportation planning activities and transportation policy development. Signature projects include the Ontario Commercial Vehicle Survey and the multi-faceted Northern Ontario Multimodal Transportation Strategy for the Ministry of Transportation, Ontario. She is currently developing highway rest areas guidance for Northern Ontario and is the technical lead on a Road Rationalization Study for the County of Essex.

Anna has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Society from McMaster University, and a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from the University of Toronto.

Bruce Mori has more than 20 years of consulting experience that spans the globe. He specializes in transportation systems planning and travel demand forecasting for major metropolitan areas and Landmark Events with a focus on rapid transit systems, integrated transportation land use planning, and sustainable transportation principles. He has responsibility within IBI Group for transportation planning, travel demand forecasting, transportation-related environmental assessments, travel demand forecasting, toll traffic and revenue studies, and rapid transit/LRT and road/highway design. He became Chief Executive Officer in August 2013, but has been with the firm since 1983, initially as a transportation engineer and planner. He led the development of the Intelligence sector of the firm, turning it into a worldwide business with projects and offices around the world.

Mr. Stewart has been active in a number of professional organizations including sitting on the Board of the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) and the Board of ITS Canada where he fulfilled various roles including chair. Mr. Stewart received his Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) degree from the University of Waterloo.

John Amodeo LEED AP has over 30 years of experience in landscape architecture and practices a wide range of project types from small to complex, in both the public and private sectors. His varied project types include college and university campuses, parks, zoos, market and public housing, historic landscapes, streetscapes, bikeways, and natural resource conservation. He has also prepared landscape development guidelines for municipalities with particular emphasis on sustainable development.

John has extensive experience with public process and regulatory permitting, placing particular focus on consensus building in the early phases of a project.

Richard Golledge is a qualified architect specialising in education and healthcare design. As a strong team leader, he has managed the design and delivery of projects under various public sector procurement routes and contracts, including the NEC Partnering contract. Richard is experienced in creating specialist learning environments for leading universities. Adept at delivering schemes from master planning to construction, he works closely with stakeholder groups to deliver the strategic vision. He understands how important the built environment is as a marketing tool for attracting students and has demonstrated this by developing a striking scheme at Cardiff University.

In healthcare, Richard has worked on a number of specialist and acute schemes. He works closely with Trusts to provide value for money.
In science, Richard has developed a very good understanding of laboratory planning and research space design, creating buildings that inspired collaboration, productivity and innovation. Richard has also been heavily involved in IBI’s ‘Four Labs Four Cities’ research project, a comparative study to define best practice features within laboratory spaces.

Richard graduated from the Welsh School of Architecture, Cardiff University, where he was awarded the Edward Loveluck Travelling Scholarship 2002. His experience also includes work in the residential sector, where he won a Regional RIBA Award for a one-off house in Malmesbury. His innovative approach to design has been supported by his keen interest in research and development.

In 2009, Richard was selected by the Design Commission for Wales, Royal Society of Architects Wales and the WSA to exhibit his work at the ‘Reflecting Wales 09:09’ exhibition which showcased work of the best of emerging architects in Wales. In 2010, Richard exhibited at the National Eisteddfod in Wales.
