Welland joined IBI’s transit architecture group in 2009 and has been involved in major public transportation projects including TTC Finch West Station, TTC Pioneer Village Station and NTA Red Line LRT in Tel Aviv. Having contributed his skills in design, coordination and project management to the firm, Welland has developed an expertise in transit design that is reflected in all stages of the project.
