Brian Enter is an Associate of IBI Group in the Hamilton office with over 20 years of engineering experience in providing project management and senior engineering services for clients with a wide range of land development projects. He is directly responsible for managing and overseeing designs where IBI Group provides services ranging in scope from due diligence investigations, preliminary design reports, detailed designs, final construction review and contract administration, to project certification.

Brian is experienced in working closely with planners and other consultants during the life of a development project. He is well acquainted with the land development industry and has completed many projects of all size with a diverse range of project types including commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-phase residential developments. Brian has also worked with and obtained approvals in many southern Ontario municipalities.

Brian’s broad project history demonstrates that he has the ability to effectively manage a multi-disciplinary consulting team, work successfully with agencies to achieve required approvals, and meet project goals and deadlines.

James Sorensen specializes in ITS projects and has led a wide variety of advanced public transportation systems, traveller information systems, traffic management applications, and public safety and emergency response technologies. He also has provided ITS strategic planning and technology assessments for a wide variety of public agency and private sector clients. James was the Project Manager for the ITS and Communications Design of the CTfastrak Bus Rapid Transit project, the Bridgeport Connecticut ATMS and Operations project, and the development of regional ITS architecture for Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico.

James is a past president of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Massachusetts and a recipient of their Award of Excellence. He has worked on two projects that have received the Intelligent Transportation Society of Connecticut’s Project of the Year Award. He is also a member of IBI Group’s Connected and Autonomous Vehicle Working Group.
