Tomer Ganor is the business operations manager for IBI’s International region, and the Tel Aviv Office Lead. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Master of Business Administration with 15 years of financial experience, specializing in increasing the efficiency of companies. During his career, Tomer has been involved in IPOs, investments, operational management, strategic consulting and financial modeling. Tomer joined IBI Group in 2016 and has been responsible for the reorganization of the Tel Aviv office to support the commercial management of the NTA Red Line Tel Aviv LRT project. In addition, he served as the Regional Head of Finance, where he supported the implementation of corporate working standards across IBI’s International region offices. Mr. King is an architect, planner and parametric/computational designer with two decades of experience in designing cities. He draws from a background of architecture, spatial analysis, algorithmic design and optimization, active transportation and sustainable land use. The ability to use complex datasets to make informed decisions across IBI’s sectors is central to his work in designing cities and architecture. His parametric planning and design process allows increasingly complex large-scale projects to be done more efficiently while exploring exponentially more iterations of design solutions. He taught architectural studios at Woodbury University for a decade researching computational solutions to architectural and urban problems. Before joining IBI Group, King worked in the Shared Mobility Department for the Los Angeles Department of Transportation, primarily focused on the expansion of the City’s bikeshare program.

As Director, Partnerships, Gerry will take a leadership role in the strategic growth of IBI services to governments and the private sector. In this role, he ensured that delivery teams had consistent project controls, reporting requirements, resources and management systems to successfully deliver the: Capital Program, including the GO Transit expansion Toronto subway projects Hurontario LRT in Mississauga/Brampton Toronto’s Finch West and Eglinton Crosstown LRT He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Queens University, which led him to a career at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation in roles of increasing responsibility. These included Chief Engineer/Executive Director and Assistant Deputy Minister, Provincial Highways Management, a role he held until his departure in 2016. Gerry is currently President of the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) Foundation. Gerry held various roles within TAC, including President from 2014 to 2016 and was a past Chair of the Chief Engineers Council.
